On-Scene Reconstruction

1. Retainer:   $500.00 (paid in advance for first five hours of work).
2. Reconstruction/Analysis:   $100.00 per hour.  Includes all calculations, general research, photography, scale diagrams, and other work product.
3. Deposition/Court Time:   $150.00 per hour.  One hour minimum.  Time rounded up to the nearest 0.1 hour. 
4. Photographs:   Digital Photography:  $10.00 for photos burned onto a CD Rom disc. Unlimited number of photographs up to 700 mb.  Digital photographs can be printed onto 4x6 photo paper at $2.00 per photo.  35 mm SLR photography: actual cost per 36 exposure roll of film regardless of number of pictures and developing costs for two sets of standard 4x6 prints.  Additional prints or sizes will be billed at actual cost.
5. Travel Expenses:   $50.00 per hour, no minimum.  Time rounded up to the nearest 0.1 hour.
6. Mileage Expenses:   $0.50 per mile for vehicle travel will be charged in addition to the hourly rate.

Payment of the retainer is due upon acceptance of the case.  Work will not begin until payment is received.  All further costs and charges will be due upon receipt of an invoice.  We reserve the right to discontinue further work if invoiced balances are not paid within 60 days from the date of invoice.
